The hotel was awesome and met our expectations. The rooms were huge and beautiful, but not having even a basic coffee/tea setup was a little disappointing. The service was very attentive and helpful. The location is fantastic with beautiful views across Lake Biwa. The dining experience was great, although a bit expensive. Overall, a truly picturesque setting for a memorable stay.
